Shipping policy

All images are printed on demand. We will use the Australian post to deliver your photo which is very reliable. the delivery will be dispatch within 2 to 3 business day. Keep in mind that custom order or Canvas order will take 3 to 5 business days to be dispatch. 

RETURN POLICY

To start a return, you can contact us at dronelikelorenzo@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 601E, 24-26 Point st, Pyrmont, 2009, Sydney, NSW

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
